State Meet Entry Form

ENTRY FORM <———–This is a form produced in Word that can be used for your entry into all state meets.
Note that there are three coach spaces per page…if you need more, you may use the back side. Please include all coaches that will potentially attend so that their credentials may be verified BEFORE the event. Also, don’t forget to include your team number so the host gym can verify your gymnasts with this information.

Rule for Individual Event Specialists
October 1, 2010
Level 7-10 individual event specialists may qualify for states as listed below:
Individual Event Specialists – Levels 7-10 / Ohio
Two methods to qualify as individual specialists:
1) Gymnasts that qualify in the all around to state meet may chose to compete as an individual event specialist, as long as they have met the specialist minimum score, or
2) Gymnasts can qualify as a specialist.
Specific qualifying scores are:
*Level 7 & 8 : 8.0 minimum on qualifying event
*Level 9 & 10: 8.5 minimum on qualifying event
